封鎖が始まって４０７日目。 

修正を加えた一般的なコミュニティ隔離措置(MGCQ)に変わって３１２日目です。 

午前は良い天気でしたが午後になって雲が出てきて夕方には雨が降り始めました。
The weather was fine in the morning, but clouds began to appear in the afternoon and it began to rain in the evening. 

少ないですが海で遊んでいる人たちはいました。

ペスカドール島方面から真っ黒い雨雲が近づいきています。

昨夜は夜遅くまで営業していたので、今日はお休みです。
It was open until late at night yesterday, so we are off today.

日本人観光業者にとってゴールデンウィークは掻き入れ時ですが、昨年に続き今年も外国人旅行者の入国は許可されずゲストは皆無。セブ市内の日本人経営の旅行代理店や日本食レストランはだいぶ閉店しているみたいです。コロナ前までは多くの生徒で賑わっていた語学学校も一部オンラインに切り替えて営業しているみたいですがほとんどは休業。

今まではもう少し頑張ろうって思っていましたが、閉店も含め真剣に検討する時が来たかもしれません。

Many Japanese tourists come during Golden Week, but there are no guests because foreign tourists were not allowed to enter the country last year and this year.

It seems that many Japanese-owned travel agencies and Japanese restaurants in Cebu City have closed or withdrawn.
Language school was crowded with many students before Corona, but now it seems that some of them are online and open, but most of them are closed.
Until now, I had been thinking of trying harder, but it may be time to seriously consider including the closing of dive shop.
