午前は青空が広がりました。
風も弱く海は良いコンディションでしたが、午前は人はそれほど多くありませんでした。

午後になると雲が出てきましたが、潮が満ちてきたのもあり人が増えてきました。

今日はReyconの誕生日。夜はダイブショップ内で誕生日パーティーでした。

3月15日に警戒レベルの見直しがありますが、新規陽性者とActive Casesはかなり減ってきたのでセブ州のレベルが変わるかもしれません。
マニラ首都圏も今の状態が続けば警戒レベル0になる可能性があるとの意見が出ているみたいです。
