午前は雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、午後になって雨が強くなってきました。

台風はかなり発達していて気象庁の発表だと中心気圧は915hPaで、中心付近の最大風速は55mとのこと。今回はセブ島南部に上陸するコースなので、これから更に風雨が強まってきそうです。

It rained and stopped in the morning, but it started to heavy rain in the afternoon. 

The typhoon is quite developed and the Japan Meteorological Agency announced that the central pressure is 915hPa and the maximum wind speed near the center is 55m. This time it is a course that will land in the southern part of Cebu Island, so it seems that the wind and rain will intensify from now on.

まだ風はそれほどではありませんが、既にボートは避難し強風と高波に備えています。

The wind isn't that great yet, but the boat has already evacuated to prepare for strong winds and high waves.

海でのアクティビティは禁止なので、スノーケリングをしている人はいません。

しかし海で遊んでいる人はいます。

今後台風が接近しセブ島全域が暴風圏に入ればシグナル４になりそうです。

As of 3:00 pm, Signal 3 has been issued to Cebu. 

If a typhoon approaches in the future and the entire area of Cebu Island enters the storm zone, it is likely to become signal 4.
