久しぶりに青空が広がりました。

風が弱く海は良い感じですが、平日なので人は少ないです。

The wind is weak and the sea conditions are good, but today is a weekday, so there are few visitors.

日が差しているので海の色も綺麗です。

ネグロス島の積乱雲が良い感じです。 

The cumulonimbus clouds on Negros Island are nice.

スノーケリングしている人が少しいますが、ビーチに人はいません。

Some people are snorkeling, but no one is on the beach.

環境税の徴収は土日だけみたいです。平日は誰も監視しておらず徴収もされていません。

Environmental users fee is collected only on Saturdays and Sundays. So it seems that we don't have to pay on weekdays.
