コミュニティ隔離政策が始まって５６０日目。 

一般なコミュニティ隔離措置(GCQ)に変わって１１日目です。

朝は雲の切れ間から日が差していましたが、直ぐに曇ってしまいました。

その後再び風が強くなり雨が降ったり止んだりしています。

The sun was shining through the clouds in the morning, but it soon became cloudy.

台風の影響が無くなり、海が穏やかになるまでスノーケリングはできそうにありません。

訪れる人もおらず、海やビーチには人がいません。

Snorkeling is unlikely until the effects of the typhoon have disappeared and the sea has calmed down. There are no people on the sea or beach because no one visits in this weather.

風が強くなり波も高いです。

時々雨が降るので外出する人はほとんどいません。

日中は潮が高く無いので波の影響はありません。

昨日積み直した石は、昨夜の波によって再び崩れていました。

波が収まるまで修復工事もできません。

新規陽性者数の増加が収まって来ました。
Active Casesも減少傾向にあり、セブ州については第３波は完全に収束したようです。

このまま全てが収束してくれれば良いのですが、まだまだ先は分かりません。
