昨日熱帯低気圧が通過しましたが、まだ少し影響が残っているみたいです。

午前は日が差してくる事もありましたが、ネグロス島方面には真っ黒い雲があってだんだん接近して来ました。その後一時的に強い風雨になりましたが、雨は短時間で上がりました。
