制限が強化された一般なコミュニティ隔離措置(GCQ)に変わって５３日目です。

午前は良い天気でしたが午後になって雲が広がってきました。

夕方は一時的に強い雷雨になり、とても涼しくなっています。

Weather was fine in the morning, but clouds began to spread in the afternoon.
Then there was a heavy thunderstorm in the late afternoon and it become very cool.

午後は雲が多めでしたが、時々日が差してくることもありました。

It was cloudy in the afternoon, but the sun was shining sometimes.

昨日はセブシティーへ行ってきました。
I went to Cebu City yesterday.

久しぶりにRobinsons Galleria Cebuへ来ました。
特にワクチン接種についての確認はありませんでした。

I came to Robinsons Galleria Cebu for the first time in a long time.

There was no confirmation of vaccination.

平日の午前だったので、人出が少なく閑散としていました。

It was a weekday morning, so there were few people and it was quiet.

フードコートも人がほとんどおらず、テナントの半分は閉まっていました。
There are few people in the food court. Half of the tenants were closed.

Cebu–Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX)ですが、繋がっているように見えましたが実際にはあと数m残っているみたいです。

８月３１日の時点で全体の８３．４％が完成しておりますが、まだ様々な工程が残っており最後の２mを埋めるまでには数週間かかるそうです。
