封鎖が始まって４５１日目。 

修正を加えた一般的なコミュニティ隔離措置(MGCQ)に変わって３５６日目です。

雲はありますが良い天気です。

風が弱いので非常に蒸し暑いです。

インディアンマンゴーの収穫時期なので、たくさん出回っています。

It's mango season now, so there are many mangoes.

ペリカンマンゴーに比べると小さめで色も緑色ですが、フィリピンでは熟す前に食べるのが一般的です。

マンゴーにはβカロテンの量が多く、βカロテンは細胞の老化を抑える抗酸化作用があるので肌の健康やがん予防に良いです。また貧血に良いとされる葉酸や、腸の働きを整える食物繊維も多めです。 更にナトリウムの排出を促進するカリウムも多いので、高血圧や動脈硬化、脳梗塞や心筋梗塞などの予防にもなります。

７月１日からモアルボアルのビーチや宿泊施設を利用する人は25ペソのEnvironmental User’s Fee (EUF)を徴収されることになりました。
モアルボアル到着時に町役場横のツーリストオフィスでEUFを支払いPass Slipを受け取らないとリゾートエリアへは入域できません。

また日帰りの利用者が滞在できるのは午後５時までで、Pass Slipの発行は先着順で１日最大５００人までとなります。

宿泊予定の人はツーリストオフィスでIDと予約確認証を提示しEUFを支払ってからPass Slipを受け取ります。

モアルボアルの居住者、高齢者、障害者はEUFの支払いを免除されます。またアイランドホッピングとダイビングの予約をしている人も免除対象となります(ダイビング代にEFUが含まれている為)。

今回のEUF徴収について言いたい事は多々ありますが、とりあえず決定事項だけお知らせします。

Starting July 1, 2021. For all beachgoers, an Environmental User’s Fee (EUF) of Php25 per person shall be collected upon securing a pass slip. For Day-Use Guests at White Beach: 

✅ Register at the Municipal Tourism Office upon arrival, you'll get a pass slip. 

✅ Pay Php 25 per person for the EUF. 

✅ Pass Slip must be presented at the checkpoints going to the beach. 

✅ Day use guests are allowed to stay until 5 PM only. ‼Please note that only 500 day-use-guests are allowed daily as our carrying capacity, on a first-come, first-served basis. No online application for pass slip. For Guests with Accommodation: 

✅ Book in any resort or accommodation of your choice. 

✅ Register at the Municipal Tourism Office upon arrival, present your booking confirmation along with your ID, and you'll get a pass slip. 

✅ Pay Php 25 per person for the EUF. 

✅ Pass Slip must be presented at the checkpoints going to your accommodation. Exemptions: 

1. All local and foreign residents of the Municipality of Moalboal 

2. All Senior Citizens 

3. All PWDs 

4. Persons who have a confirmed booking for the island hopping and diving activities. 

5. All registered voters of the Municipality of Moalboal. 

You may be asked for a valid ID or any identification/proof to avail of the exemption.
